What do the motor homes have in
them? |
All of our motor homes are equipped with the comforts of home! They include: full kitchen with stove, sink, microwave, bathrooms with shower and sink, master bedroom with bed and closet/storage, TVs, some with DVD, VCR, couch(es) and dinette. Please call for amenities for a specific model. |

What do I need to bring with
me? |
You will need to bring bed linens, towels,
toiletries, disposable utensils, trash bags, etc. The motor
homes are not equipped with these amenities. |

Can I tow a trailer behind the motor
home? |
We allow towing at our discretion and only
with the Class A models. |

|
You, as the renter, are responsible for
providing liability coverage for yourself as the driver of the
motor home. You will need to check with your auto insurance
agent to ensure that your auto liability will also cover you on a
motor home rental. Any damages to the motor home as a result
of carelessness, negligence or misuse are the fault of the renter
(i.e. backing into objects, driving under low hanging limbs or
other obstacles doing damage to roof components, damage to tires,
damage to awnings, etc.) |

Is there a minimum number of days I
can rent for? |
We have a three day minimum rental
policy. |

What is the generator used
for? |
The generator is used to run your appliances,
TV's, A/C and heater when the motor home is not plugged in to
electricity at an RV equipped facility. The refrigerator can
operate on propane or electricity. When you are traveling in
motor home, you will need to run the generator in order operate
your appliances. |

What other fees are involved in
renting a motor home? |
There is a one-time $30.00 sanitation/prep
fee and sales tax of 15%. When the motor home is returned and
it is low or empty of gasoline/diesel or propane, a fuel fee will
be deducted from your deposit. Also, if the motor home
requires that the tanks be dumped or cleaning of any kind, a fee
will be deducted from your deposit. |

When can I pick-up and return the
motor home? |
Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday,
7:00am to 4:00pm. All pick-up and returns will be during
these hours by appointment. |

Is a special drivers license required
to drive the Class A motor homes? |
No, your regular Class C drivers license is
sufficient. |

What do I do if I have questions or
have a problem during my rental? |
We will provide you with a contact and phone
number where you can reach us 24 hours a day in the event of any
questions or problems. |
